This fortnights shooters profile - Dale Stabler of WA

Name? Dale Stabler
Age? 36
Where can you be seen shooting? Usually I can be seen shooting at Pine Valley at the Saturday EOM trophy shoots.[ not that I'm anything to watch :o)]
What sort of pistol do you shoot? I'm currently shooting a Tanfoglio L model in 9mm which has been a great first gun and she hasn't hiccuped yet.I have recently had a single action trigger installed along with a match hammer and trigger pull is down to just under 3lb.The work was carried out by Rob at Gun Mart Midland who did a fantastic job and I recommend him highly.
What do you do for a crust? I'm the Manager of an Aquarium/Pet supply Import/Wholesale company.
Marital status? Married 13 yrs with 2 Daughters.
Favorite movie of all time? Hard to pick just one but I would have to say The Rocky Horror Picture Show.
Favorite Perth beach? At the moment it's Hillary's as it's safe for the kids.
What sort of music do you enjoy and who is your favorite artist? I listen to all sorts of music depending on my mood but Blues is my favourite. As for favourite artist that can vary from AC/DC,Ry Cooder or Chilli Peppers to Tommy Emanuel,George Michael or Verde.
Best meal in Perth is at? The Loose Box in Mundaring.
Any hobbies other than shooting? I enjoy My Tropical Marine Aquarium and reading.
How often do you visit the brilliant Team Adrenalin web site? At least once a week just to see if Deej has shifted the appliances out of the computer room :o)
Did your mum ever make you a cut lunch for school...if so what was in it? In our house it was " if you want a cut lunch get it yourself ! "
You're a dedicated volunteer, being club scorer for Pine Valley Pistol Club...what's the best and worst part of that job? Best part is seeing how the other shooters are doing and seing how I compare with them as well and it's good to see who is performing well and to watch the up and coming shooters. Worst part has to be trying to track missing score sheets especially from a Trophy shoot
What's the funniest thing you have ever seen on range? I havn't been shooting long enough I guess to see to much funny stuff on the range but I suppose it was when a fellow squad member was standing about 10m uprange of a Glock shooter doing a 5 target speed shoot and was catching all his brass as it came back.
